Description
How many times has your workflow halted due to a stripped or damaged screw head that refuses to budge? The LUOWEI LW-331 set is the definitive and safe solution to this frustrating problem. Thanks to the exceptionally hard tungsten steel alloy, these drill bits can penetrate the toughest metals, seamlessly extracting ruined screws from logic boards or phone frames. The smart design strictly prevents slipping during drilling, while the non-magnetic head treatment prevents metal shavings from scattering and sticking to sensitive components.
Technical Specifications & Features:
Extreme Tungsten Hardness: An ultra-hard alloy that is strictly anti-breakage and wear-resistant, providing a rock-solid grip when drilling into hard materials and withstanding heavy-duty use.
Non-Magnetic Head: Special treatment prevents the attraction and buildup of metallic scraps on the drill bit, protecting the logic board from scratches and strictly preventing short circuits.
Fast & Safe Extraction: Specifically engineered to tackle stripped screws (slip tooth), making it highly effective and incredibly easy to use, even for beginners without complex expertise.
Economical Pack: The package includes two bits (2 x Bit) to ensure continuous workflow in your repair shop.
(How to Use):
Use a standard grinding pen or drill bit to create a small, precise pilot hole in the center of the stripped screw.
Insert the LW-331 sliding thread drill bit into the pilot hole and gently twist it to tightly grip the screw.
Slowly reverse the drill (counter-clockwise) to extract the screw effortlessly.
(Disclaimer): When dealing with stripped screws directly on the motherboard, meticulously remove and clean any metal shavings generated from the drilling process (using a soft brush or air blower) before connecting the battery or powering on the phone, to strictly prevent any electrical short circuits that could destroy the circuitry.
