Description
The CPS4038 chip is responsible for managing the wireless charging and reverse wireless charging processes. It converts and regulates the electromagnetic energy received from the wireless charging coil into direct current, routing it safely to the main charging circuit. This IC is frequently damaged by the use of substandard, non-Qi compliant wireless charging pads, severe impacts, or excessive heat. Failure of this component completely disables the wireless charging feature and may cause power leakage. Replacing this IC safely restores the efficiency and stability of wireless power reception and transmission.
